All Butler Girl services are confirmed via phone or email. We are instrumental to fulfill all requests, provided they are legal, ethical, and are within our abilities.

Terms and Conditions

  • We ask for 24 hours notice for requests, if possible. However same day service may be available, subject to staff availability.
  • Fees include round trip time and travel from Butler Girl offices.
  • All Gift Certificates will be redeemed at the amount they were purchase for and will be subtracted from invoices.
  • Service Rates do not include cost for products, shopping, or charges which may incur while looking after your service request.
  • All prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Upon one hour complimentary consult, specific price for services rendered/hired for will be quoted.

Method of Payment

  • We accept cash or cheque.
  • Gift Certificates are available to purchase and redeem for Butler Girl services.

Service Fees

  • An NSF cheque fee will apply at a rate of $35.00, plus any additional bank charges.
  • Invoices are to be paid within 30 days of completed service or will be subject to a 13% interest charge.
