Q. What is a Personal Concierge?
A. A Personal Concierge is a trained and certified individual who offers a wide range of services to do the things you do not have time to do. A personal concierge provides you with the gift of time.

Q. What if I need a service that is not listed?
A. Butler Girl handles many different things for our clients. We would be happy to meet with you and discuss your specific needs. We do whatever it takes to make our clients happy, as long as it’s legal and ethical. All services are 100% confidential.

Q. What is your service area?
A. Our service area includes Toronto (GTA) & York Region. Anything outside of these areas is based on availability and location. We do our best to accommodate client needs.


Q. Are you insured?
A. Yes, Butler Girl is fully insured. We are independently owned and operated.

Q. Is each service requested considered one hour of service?
A. No.  While there is a one hour minimum charge, we do as much as we can in the hour. After one hour, we bill in 15 minute increments. Or, if another hour is needed, we will advise the client and bill accordingly.

Q. Do you bill for your services or is payment due upon receipt?
A. Payment for purchases is due upon receipt or we will carry a cash float from you. Our hourly rate for services rendered is due upon receipt of invoice. We offer a number of packages and keep you abreast of balances.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept cash, cheque, Visa, Mastercard, and EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).

Q. What are your hours of business?
A. Our business hours are Monday - Saturday 8 am until 8 pm. We request 24 hour notice for our services. We realize emergencies happen and we will do our best to accommodate the request.
