Welcome to Butler Girl Services. I am Kathy Russell, founder and planning director. By combining the skills acquired during my extensive corporate career and my passion for helping people, I decided to open my own concierge business in 2010. Five years later, Butler Girl Services is now the preferred concierge and professional organizing company for many residents in York Region.
I hold three certifications as Personal Concierge through IAP College, National Concierge Association and International Concierge & Lifestyle Management Association. Certified in Event Management through Ryerson University and a certificate in Chronic Disorganization from Institute for Challenging Disorganization.
I also believe it is important to give back in the community. I am the chair of the North GTA – POC Chapter, sit on the BEA Awards committee for the Newmarket Chamber of Commerce and I created the Concierge Program for the Southlake Regional Health Care Centre.
