• 45 hours of planning, consulting, coordinating details and scheduling
• Planning must begin 4 months prior to the wedding to ensure all details are covered
• Ensure all vendors are confirmed and contracts are signed by bride and groom
• Provide any emotional support to family or friends involved
• Provide itineraries to all parties involved in wedding - DJ, Limo, Hall, Vendors, Photographer
• Coordinate of wedding rehearsal
• Wedding Day Services - 15 hours of:
  • Make sure bride has everything she needs
  • Make sure church/ceremony is set-up according to bride and grooms wishes
  • Make sure hall is set-up and on-site manager is aware of wedding planner
  • Ensure vendor services are coordinated
  • Keep itinerary on track and on time
  • Ensure all wedding items are removed from venue

• 90 hours of planning, consulting, and coordinating
• Budget - decide the budget and develop a plan to stay within it
• Scheduling of appointments
• Planning requirements from start to finish
• Recommending vendors
• Meet all vendors with the couple
• Confirmation calls to all vendors 2 months prior to wedding and than 1 week before
• Prepare draft itineraries for all parties/vendors involved
• Coordinate rehearsal
• Wedding Day 15 hours:
• Wedding Day Services - 15 hours of:
  • Make sure bride has everything she needs
  • Make sure church/ceremony is set-up according to bride and grooms wishes

If uniting two families, we will work to support everyone involved to make it special and memorable.
